Hello,

I’m a she/her psychotherapist & psychoanalyst in Greenwich, CT, Manhattan, NY and in Denver, Colorado. I use relational, IFS, somatic, trauma-informed & psychedelic treatment modalities to help people heal from trauma and pain - to connect to themselves, others and the world on deeper levels, as human beings, not human doings.

If curious, I legally integrate Ketamine and psilocybin mushrooms into the healing process. I do not offer medicine journeys without a therapeutic process because they are not magic pills or carpets - they help guide us to beautiful truths - hidden behind our protective thoughts and behind defensive, stuck patterns. Once we begin to access ourselves (and our pain) in these deeper ways, we continue growing by learning how our minds work and how to live our lives with more choice and humanity. Healing is a process, always, even with the powerful and often times magical support of psychedelic medicines.

I am the co-founder of OUR HOUSE psychedelics in community, where I work alongside my friend & colleague Camila Pastor, LCSW to provide more financially accessible, psychedelic group work & retreats in NY & Colorado - and in any parts of the world where legal and highly ethical work with psychedelics is possible.
